At Yours Truly Gift Co., we want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help make it right, within the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
Items are eligible for a full refund (less shipping charges) if returned to our returns department within 14 days of delivery.
To be accepted, items must be:

Have all original tags attached

Include the original invoice in the return package
Final Sale Items
Please note that:

Sale items, are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

E-Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or replaced.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Additional Details
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of opening, misuse, or alteration.
Yours Truly Gift Co. is not responsible for shipping fees, return shipping fees, or lost returns. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for all returns.
